The website and partner portal are operated by Clavs World Inc. For privacy or account requests, email partners@camplooksmax.com.

• Email address and sign-in identifiers for your partner account.
• If you sign in with Google: basic identity information, which may include your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID.
• Partner details you provide: display name, optional content handle, and your approval status.
• Referral and link identifiers, camp application answers submitted through Typeform, lead status and commission records.
• US or international bank and wire details, only if you choose to provide them for payouts.
• Technical and error information needed to keep the site working.
• Analytics information, only if you accept analytics.

Google sign-in uses basic identity only. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendar. Your Google identity is used to sign you in and manage your access, not to read the contents of your Google account.

Google identity data is used only for account and sign-in functions, and is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

When someone opens a partner link, the referral identifier is carried through the application handoff and into our connected CRM so the referral can be attributed. Your browser’s session storage (kept only for the current tab) supports this handoff and remembers video progress.

Google Analytics (GA4) loads on the live site only after you accept analytics. We store your consent choice in your browser. When accepted, we measure events such as video start, video watch milestones and application clicks. You can decline analytics.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the website and partner program, including hosting and sign-in (Lovable), Google sign-in and, if you accept, Google Analytics, Typeform for applications, our connected CRM, media and font delivery, and payment or wire services as needed for payouts. Those providers have their own policies.

Partners see only their own referrals: a lead reference, status, commission history and an optional nickname. Partners do not see applicant contact details or the gross ticket price.

Wire details are stored encrypted in the portal. Partners can access only their own wire details. The verified program owner can reveal partner wire details for payout administration; owner reveals are controlled and logged. Administrative lists show masked details. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and applicable obligations.

We respond to access, deletion and account requests after verifying your identity, subject to records we must keep for financial or security reasons. Email partners@camplooksmax.com.

Signing out or removing the Google connection does not erase your portal records. Contact us to request deletion.

Third-party sites and services, such as Typeform and Google, have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy will be shown on this page, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
